\n\t\u4e0a\u56fe\u662fFPGA\u4e0eSDRAM<\/u>\u5e03\u7ebf\uff0c\u65f6\u949f\u9891\u7387\u8bbe\u5b9a\u4e3a125M\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u7b49\u957f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d70\u86c7\u5f62\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n

\n\t\u86c7\u5f62\u8d70\u7ebf\u867d\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u5230\u8d70\u7ebf\u7b49\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u5360\u7528\u66f4\u591a\u7684PCB\u9762\u79ef\u3002\u86c7\u5f62\u7ebf\u6ca1\u6709\u6240\u8c13\u6ee4\u6ce2\u6216\u6297\u5e72\u6270\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ea\u53ef\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u4fe1\u53f7\u8d28\u91cf\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ea\u4f5c\u65f6\u5e8f\u5339\u914d\u4e4b\u7528\u800c\u65e0\u5176\u5b83\u76ee\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\n\tDDRII\u7ebf\u8def\u7b49\u957f\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6700\u53f3\u8fb9\u7684\u5f27\u5ea6\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u8d70\u7ebf\u4e3a\u5dee\u5206\u7684\u65f6\u949f\u7ebf\uff0c\u65f6\u949f\u7ebf\u8d28\u91cf\u8981\u6c42\u662f\u6bd4\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5e03\u7ebf\u662f\u75db\u82e6\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u7e41\u7410\u7684\uff0c\u5e03\u4e0d\u901a\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u5e03\u7ebf\uff0c\u4e0d\u538c\u5176\u70e6\u7684\u5c1d\u8bd5\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

\n\t5V\u7535\u6e90\u8f93\u5165\u7aef\uff0c\u5e94\u52a0\u5bb9\u503c\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u94bd\u7535\u5bb9\u6216\u8005\u7535\u89e3\u7535\u5bb9\u6ee4\u9664\u7535\u6e90\u7684\u4f4e\u9891\u566a\u58f0\uff0c\u52a0104\uff080.1uF\uff09\u74f7\u7247\u7535\u5bb9\u6ee4\u9664\u9ad8\u9891\u566a\u58f0\u3002\u7535\u6e90\u8d70\u7ebf\u5e94\u9002\u5f53\u52a0\u5bbd\u3002<\/p>\n
