1 \u7b80\u4ecb<\/strong><\/p>\n

GaN FET \u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u9ad8\u9891\u7535\u6e90\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u5f00\u5173\u7279\u6027\u548c\u96f6\u53cd\u5411\u6062\u590d\u635f\u8017\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8f7b\u91cf\u7ea7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u548c\u66f4\u5c0f\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528 GaN \u7684\u5feb\u901f\u5f00\u5173\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c0f\u7535\u6e90\u73af\u8def\u7535\u611f\u3002\u8fd9\u9700\u8981\u4ed4\u7ec6\u8003\u8651PCB \u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9 GaN FET \u91c7\u7528\u7535\u611f\u8d85\u4f4e\u7684\u5c01\u88c5\u3002TI\u00a0\u7684 LMG341XRxxx \u7cfb\u5217\u91c7\u7528 8mm \u00d7 8mm \u4f4e\u7535\u611f\u5e95\u9762\u51b7\u5374\u7684QFN \u5c01\u88c5\uff0c\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u5f00\u5173\u901f\u5ea6\u9ad8\u4e8e 100V\/ns\u3002\u826f\u597d\u7684\u70ed\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7535\u529b\u7535\u5b50\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u70ed\u4f20\u9012\u5e94\u5728\u70ed\u91cf\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5bfc\u70ed\u6027\u548c\u8d85\u4f4e\u7684\u70ed\u963b\u3002\u56fe 1-1 \u663e\u793a\u4e86\u5178\u578b\u7684\u7b49\u6548\u70ed\u7535\u8def\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec GaN FET \u7684\u7ed3\u81f3\u5916\u58f3\u70ed\u963b\u3001PCB\u3001\u70ed\u754c\u9762\u6750\u6599 (TIM) \u548c\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u3002GaN FET \u7684\u7ed3\u6e29\u662f\u529f\u7387\u635f\u8017\u548c\u7ed3\u81f3\u7a7a\u6c14\u603b\u70ed\u963b\u7684\u51fd\u6570\u3002\u7ed3\u6e29\u4f30\u7b97\u503c\u4e3a\u65b9\u7a0b\u5f0f1\u3002<\/p>\n

TI \u7684 LMG341XRxxx GaN \u529f\u7387\u7ea7\u91c7\u7528\u4f4e\u7535\u611f QFN \u5c01\u88c5\uff0c\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u957f\u5f15\u7ebf\u548c\u952e\u5408\u7ebf\u4ea7\u751f\u9ad8\u7535\u611f\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5feb\u901f\u5f00\u5173\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u5668\u4ef6\u5e95\u90e8\u7684\u6563\u70ed\u710a\u76d8\u710a\u63a5\u5728\u7535\u8def\u677f\u4e0a\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06\u70ed\u91cf\u4ece\u7ed3\u6709\u6548\u4f20\u9012\u81f3 PCB \u4e0a\u3002\u7ed3\u81f3\u5916\u58f3\u7684\u5178\u578b\u70ed\u963b\u4e3a0.5\u00b0C\/W\u3002<\/p>\n

2.2 PCB \u5806\u53e0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7ed3\u7684\u70ed\u91cf\u4ece\u6563\u70ed\u710a\u76d8\u4f20\u9012\u5230 PCB \u7684\u9876\u5c42\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u4e2a\u6563\u70ed\u8fc7\u5b54\u4f20\u9012\u5230 PCB \u7684\u5e95\u5c42\u3002PCB \u7684\u70ed\u963b\u662f\u7535\u8def\u677f\u539a\u5ea6\u3001\u5404\u5c42\u94dc\u539a\u3001\u65b9\u5411\u548c\u6563\u70ed\u8fc7\u5b54\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u51fd\u6570\u3002<\/p>\n

2.2.1 \u5404\u5c42\u94dc\u539a<\/strong><\/p>\n

PCB \u7684\u603b\u70ed\u963b\u4e0e\u5e76\u8054\u5bfc\u70ed\u7684\u6563\u70ed\u8fc7\u5b54\u7684\u7b49\u6548\u70ed\u963b\u63a5\u8fd1\u3002\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u516c\u5f0f 3 \u6765\u8ba1\u7b97\u6bcf\u4e2a\u8fc7\u5b54\u7684\u70ed\u963b\u3002<\/p>\n
